Description:
lyx is unable to export files as pdf's. texlive-latex3 is required for this (quite necessary) functionality. It should be included in the dependency tree.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document in lyx
2. Attempt to do a file->export on any of the three pdf exporting options. All three give not-very-helpful error messages on why it couldn't create the pdf.

I think it should be just an optional dependency. Not everyone might want to export pdf's, it is not the *main* functionality of lyx.
