/usr/abs/base/dhcpcd/PKGBUILD has wrong "source" line. Correct to http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/system/network/daemons/$pkgname-1.3.22-pl1.tar.gz
The pl1 above should be understood as p l (as in the letter l) and 1 (as in the number 1).
Have tested new source line and it works.
