Depends On : gcc make kernel-headers module-init-tools libtool sed
are these all really makedepends?
If this wasn't done, you can mark all packages from base-devel as explicitly installed : pacman -S --asexplicit base-devel
farid, you probably only had the development tools installed initially because of oss, this is the reason they were marked as orphans. Doing what Xavier said will stop this orphan complaint.
