All icons in the toolbar are missing. But I can still click on the area where the icons are supposed to be and activate the assoziated actions. Works here without problems on both architectures. I can't really do anything here, it's just the opera binary package from the website and extracted to the directories. Maybe you ask at the forum here or at the forum of Opera.
