Description:
exim's PKGBUILD should create this empty directory:

drwx------ 2 exim exim 4096 2009-02-23 17:14 /var/spool/exim/db

Without it, exim's "newaliases" utility doesn't work as that's where exim stores its aliases DB.

Here is a PKGBUILD diff to fix this. It also upgrades exim to 4.69 (an "ordinary" upgrade).
