Details

the intend is to install qdoc3 binary so qt-creator can be built from source(it's required to build the documentation that's integrated with the IDE) the binary is located in qt_srcdir/tools/qdoc3/

doesn't seem to be a way of configuring it to be built in configure script, but a simple make in that directory builds it and can be copied and pasted
