Driver nvidia 180.35 is buggy for many users. This does not seem to be specific to KDE, but in KDE 4.2.1 I have these isues: - CTRL+C does not work anymore in Konsole - Cannot close a tab - Cannot log out from KDE, need to kill the X session - Various slow downs, cursor disappears after the screensaver kicks in Driver developers are already aware of this problem, reported upstream at: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=128992 http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=129284 It is recommended to wait until next release. |

Additional comments about closing: I downgraded to 180.29. No idea why 180.35 does not work for some people.

For your information, 180.29 has no problem.
