Description:

Driver nvidia 180.35 is buggy for many users. This does not seem to be specific to KDE, but in KDE 4.2.1 I have these isues:

- CTRL+C does not work anymore in Konsole
- Cannot close a tab
- Cannot log out from KDE, need to kill the X session
- Various slow downs, cursor disappears after the screensaver kicks in

Driver developers are already aware of this problem, reported upstream at:
http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=128992
http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=129284

It is recommended to wait until next release.

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  I downgraded to 180.29. No idea why 180.35 does not work for some people.

For your information, 180.29 has no problem.
