DetailsDescription:
Running Audacious from command line and using any of the command line options to play a file doesn't work. I've tried --play,--enqueue ,and --enqueue-to-temp. Play gives a Segmentation fault, enqueue just opens the player and enqueue-to-temp opens the open files dialog is the playlist is empty. If the playlist isn't empty it plays the first song in that playlist. Searching Google finds patches in other distributions like Fedora, Gentoo and Ubuntu. Additional info: audacious 1.5.1-1 audacious-plugins 1.5.1-2 Steps to reproduce: Install both packages. Run audacious --play 'filename' from command line. Run audacious --enqueue 'filename' from command line. Run audacious --enqueue-to-temp 'filename' from command line. Run audacious and add a audio file to the playlist. Close audacious. Run audacious --enqueue-to-temp 'filename' from command line. |
