Some config files are missing in backup array of the PKGBUILD, so they are erased at each update. Those are : tcclasses, tcdevices, tcfilters... There may be others, but those are the ones I am using. Additional info: * package version(s) : shorewall 4.2.6-1 |

You will want to cleanup the /etc/shorewall/Makefile file too...
