You can reach now from: http://ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/archlinux/community/os/i686/musepack-tools-1.15v-1.pkg.tar.gz the binary version of it, so from the community repository, not needed from unsupported anymore.

I'm still trying to build the latest SV8 version, the 1.15v source has been pulled from the repo in the meantime. Hope to solve the issue soon.

Maybe they switched naming schemes?
Anyways did you just try replacing the package with http://files.musepack.net/source/musepack_src_r435.tar.gz
The above file hasn't been updated since march 09 so it's probably a drop in replacement.

I'm getting at it. The new version missed some header files, which should be available now. I just hope I don't have to add new packages to [community] just for those headers.
