The ekiga's "Presence" feature doesn't work.
(I can't see if my contacts are online or not).

Additional info:
* ekiga : 3.0.2-1
* ptlib : 2.4.4-1
* opal : 3.4.4-2

Steps to reproduce:
run ekiga

- rebuild ptlib with 'expat' dependence and add --enable-expat to configure options
- rebuild opal
-> "presence" work.
