As far as I understand Allan here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=499738#p499738, tuxguitar should depend on java-runtime and/or java-environment, and not on jre explicitly. Can this be, and if so, can you cater for it? (The problem discussed in this thread is that openjdk6 1.4-2 does not provide jre, j2re etc. anymore and that packages shouldn't depend on these anyway. Instead they should depend on java-runtime and/or java-environment. Presently, pacman -Syu aborts because it can't update openjdk6.) Thx, Andreas |
