Steps to reproduce:
#pacman -S qtparted
#qtparted
qtparted: error while loading shared libraries: libreiserfs-0.3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

After installing progsreiserfs, I could execute qtparted
#pacman -S progsreiserfs
#qtparted
