Detailstermcap-compat is an old compatibility package superseded on source level by ncurses. Some applications check for this package and use it instead of ncurses if they find it. I'd like to get rid of this package from the repositories, and at this moment avrdude is depending on it.

Fixed and uploaded for x86_64, if nobody recompiles it for i686 in the next hours, I'll get to it as soon as I have access to my i686 build machine.
