Looks like blueman also depends on bluez-libs:

# pacman -S blueman
resolving dependencies...
error: cannot resolve "bluez-utils>=3.24-2", a dependency of "blueman"
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)

for gammu and blueman post a bug report for each of them in the community section of the bug tracker.
