It seems the xine-lib package comes with two flac decoders. It has a plugin to use libFLAC as decoder, but it also has an ffmpeg-plugin which also provides flac decoding. Debug output shows that the ffmpeg is used by default for flac decoding. Users can change that by changing the decoder priority, but I don't think many users know how to do that.

How about getting rid of the libFLAC plugin?
(libFLAC is also not listed in the package dependencies).
