Probably only temporary, but the "unc" sourceforge server does not seem to be responding well, and is not among the list of download mirrors for this package anymore. A new version is out for a while, too, so it might be a good idea to change the URL to http://aleron.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/nfs/nfs-utils-1.0.5.tar.gz
in the PKGBUILD while you're at it.
