Rhythmbox package does not include header files, therefore compiling C/CPP plugin is difficult - you have to download rhythmbox source code. I was writing PKGBUILD for gUPnP rhythmbox plugin (http://git.gupnp.org/?r=rhythmbox-gupnp) when I encountered this particular problem. This is workaround that I came up with: (attachment) This problem does not affect Python plugins. Please include required files in package, or, if there's ,,right'' way to provide PKGBUILD for C/CPP based plugin, please correct me. |

rhythmbox doesn't install any (public) includefiles by default. Other distributions don't package these things either, so I don't like to implement anything for this.
