Great addition by the way.
When you were last browsing eg. The AUR section of the Bug Tracker, the search takes place there, thus you get no results.
If possible the search should only search the Arch Linux project. I dont know what happens when community gets implemented there though.

A cursory glance of Flyspray documentation leads me to believe this isn't possible to do without modifying the upstream software, but I'm still looking into it.

it is easily possible.
Just append &project=1 to the URL (&project=5 for Community packages).

This will be _great_, many users add new task under "Arch Linux" project when tasks are really a "Community packages". This is incresed since community unification.
