Reject HTML emails on Arch related mailing lists.
HTML is only used for spam.
It will help reduce the amount of spam in arch-dev-public as well.

Hmm, I'm not sure how to do this with mailman. Do you have any ideas?

I'd have to bring this up with the devs - rejecting non-plain emails (would be awesome) might cause people to yell.
