As stated in http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=490278 the man page is there, but empty for some reason.

Patch attached

* Fix manpage installation (0 sized)
* Fix locales installation (are not installed)
* Removed $startdir vars from PKGBUILD

@dolby: the reason is that build Makefiles.am don't look good :(
