Description:
Package extra/unrar replaces package 'rar' which is installed from the AUR. This couldn't possibly ever be desired, as its not really a replacement at all. Additional info: unrar-3.8.5 replaces rar-3.8.0 from AUR Steps to reproduce: -Have neither rar, nor unrar installed. -Install rar from the PKGBUILD from the AUR (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/rar/rar/PKGBUILD) -Run pacman -Syu -Pacman asks if you want unrar to replace rar. |

The replaces field was added when the rar package in extra was
replaced by unrar (I *think* because of licence issues). This was
a long time ago so I guess it could be removed now.
Fixed in unrar 3.8.5-2
