I does not seem to be related with krunner. I get the error message with all konsole instances I start except the first one. I get the error with both when launching from krunner and the KDE menu.

Setting X-DBUS-StartupType in konsole.desktop to None seems to workaround/fix the issue (as suggested in http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=489579)

I can't reproduce on KDE 4.2.2, maybe this is fixed now. So this task can be closed?
