Description:
putty segfaults when trying to connect to a server using telnet. (port 9000)

Additional info:
* putty 0.60-1

Steps to reproduce:
1) Run putty -P 9000 -telnet 192.168.1.1
2) Check that it exits with a segmentation fault.

This only occurs if the server goes off during the connection procedure.

Unless there is a known patch, we cannot fix this. Please report this issue to PuTTY developer.
