DetailsDescription:
After the recent Mono package updates, it is no longer to install MonoDevelop. The package relies on the monodoc package which is now (I believe) a part of the mono package. NOTE: The bug reporting guide on the Wiki said select the community package option for Category on the left - I can't see this? sudo pacman -S monodevelop (01-24 16:57) Password: resolving dependencies... error: cannot resolve "monodoc>=1.0", a dependency of "monodevelop" error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies) :: monodevelop: requires monodoc>=1.0 Steps to reproduce: Update to the new mono package and try installing MonoDevelop. If you already have this installed and you try and update the mono package, you will be forced to remove monodoc, breaking the monodevelop package. |
