perhaps you got a broken package try to reinstall
kdelibs 3.3.0
sure you have kde 3.3?
I recompiled kdepim package using ABS and upgraded.
Now everything is OK.
PKGBUILD file of kdepim package has an error.
Before compilation you should
modify line "kdeversion=3.3.0" to be "kdeversion=3.3"
(or something like that).
