This is not about a missing build depency but about a runtime depency! fusion-icon won't run on systems without libtool.

If this is not the right place for this kind of bug report then please show me the right direction because the wiki and #archlinux channel weren't very helpful.

You should have been filed the report in Community Packages project.

sorry I thought it was only a buildtime dependency. I'll add it shortly to the depends array.
