Description:
libffi is no longer distributed with GCC. The version is outdated, and a pkg-config file doesn't get installed causing some things that depend on libffi to fail to build.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
Current version in extra is 4.2, which was the version of GCC with it, which is wrong. The current version of libffi is 3.0.8
Attached is PKGBUILD and install file which I made which work for me.

Steps to reproduce:
Install current libffi from extra.
Notice the file /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libffi.pc doesn't exist
Try to run pkg-config --cflags libffi and it doesn't find it.
