Just like  FS#12544 

% svn log
svn: error while loading shared libraries: libhx509.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Also, there is even no dependency on heimdal in subversion package.

What's the version of neon installed? Is your system up2date completely? libhx509.so.3 only exists in heimdal 1.2, not in 1.2.1, so something on your system is outdated and links to the old library.
