DetailsAs gnome 2.7 maintainer, I wrecked epiphany by upgrading to 1.3.5. More people are having this problem, and after some discussion on the mailinglist, the problem seems to be mozilla:
Filed as http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150358 . The problem is that up to 1.3.4, the wrapper script set the MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME variable, and in 1.3.5 the wrapper script was removed. Normally, mozilla should be configured with --with-default-mozilla-five-home=/path/to/mozilla but apparently this is not true for all distributions... Please add --with-default-mozilla-fixe-home=/opt/mozilla/lib/mozilla to the ./configure line to keep future versions of epiphany working. |

the option is present in mozconfig configuration, but points to the wrong location. /opt/mozilla should be /opt/mozilla/lib/mozilla
