Description:
I donloaded and burn the archlinux-2008.06-core-i686.iso version of the LiveCD. When I boot (trying to install Archlinux) I get the following error:
"Kernel panic-not syncing: Attempted to kill init"
I must say that previously, I reinstalled (on the Archlinux that was installed on my PC) the kernel (latest version) and I've got the same error. Not knowing what to do, I downloaded the LiveCD and I get the same error. Here is the full log of the error (when I try to install from the CD):
.....
Mounting squashfs image

Mounting root (union filesystem)
Registering unionf 2.3.3 (for 2.6.25)

Mounting addons
Adding new union branch: /bootmnt/archlive.sqfs
SQUASHFS error: sb_bread failed reading block 0x1f2ff
SQUASHFS error:Unable to read cache block [7cbfc2e:a63]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read inode [7cbfc2e:a63]
mount: INvalid argument
Passing Control to Archlinux Initscripts... Please Wait
/bin/run-init:opening console: No such file or directory
Kernel Panic-not syncing: Attempted to kill init.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
2008.06
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1)download&burn the LiveCD from the /iso/latest/archlinux-2008.06-core-i686.iso
2)boot&select Archlinux LiveCD (same thing happens with when selecting IDE option)
