A few packages were moved from community to unsupported, but the directories stayed, without the PKGBUILD.

Missing PKGBUILDs
-------------------
community/devel/idutils
community/science/mrbayes
community/science/primer3
community/x11/twcw

Is there some bugs in the tools used to remove a package from community? It looks like only the PKGBUILD is removed, but the other files stay so the directory is not removed either. But this could be just an impression.
Maybe there isn't even any tool used, and it is all done manually. I really have no idea :)

The community daemon only looks for a PKGBUILD when deciding to keep/remove packages. So technically, we only have to remove the tag from the PKGBUILD in CVS (yes, done manually...). However, the current ABS setup does not like that and checks out any files with the right tag regardless on PKGBUILD status. I have been avoiding fixing that in the hope that we would be switching community the SVN mechanism of the main repos.

If my complaints about the tools only concern the crap cvs tools used by community, and not the good official svn tools, then fine for me to ignore the issue.
Someone can just delete the 4 directories and close that bug report :)
