DetailsI find this martian-utils package rather strange. I thought the purpose of splitting drivers with an -utils package was that the utils were independent from the kernel. But this martian-utils package is also built against the kernel, and wasn't updated against 2.6.27 kernel (and 2.6.28 kernel in testing).
Or is it only the build process which is stupid, so there is a kernel dep only at build time but not at runtime? In any cases, the PKGBUILD should probably be updated, at least in svn. |
