Details
The current liferea package fucks up all gnome installations
by making /opt/gnome/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults
inaccessible for other users than root, and purging all
default settings registered in the global gconf database.
gconf schemas have to be registered in a .install file in the postinstall. I take gedit.install from the gedit package as example most of the times. The new thing we want is also de-registering gconf schemas on uninstall in the pre_install routine. I don't know if packages have this already, but upcoming gnome 2.7/2.8 will have those scripts all over the place. |

ehm, make that pre_install routine for de-registering gconf
schemas a pre_remove ;)
