Description:
the rsyslog package in community needs to provide a file in /etc/logrotate.d/ to enable logrotate support.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
rsyslog 3.20.2-1

Steps to reproduce:

If I get the time I will upload a modified PKGBUILD
and thanks for rsyslog, I can't stand syslog-ng

I appreciate if you just give logrotate config file, because of I do not use rsyslog now...
