gnome-power-manager depends on gnome-panel which pulls in lots of gnome. As this appears to not be entirely necessary, it would be good if gnome-panel was made an optdepend. |

I'm happy to implement this, not only for gnome-power-manager, but for a lot of other gnome packages.
