DetailsPerformed full upgrade this morning. Tries to start xorg/kde. I recieved a failed to load libdbus.so.3 Didn't catch the version of dbus.
I had to actually force several packages to install. Followed task#11831 to install dbus. Now when xorg/kde starts I have no input devies that work, keyboard and mouse. I have yet to have any major problems with archlinux thats why I like it so much however I not sure what versions of what packages that I need to start with to provide the proper information. Also this makes 2 computers I have that are acting this way. First one is a dell Inspiron 2200 laptop. The second one is a "made for you" type of desktop. I have tried removing xorg and kde on both computers. The shell works beutifully. Tried removing dbus. Thats about it. |
