Details

Description:
Eclipse crashes on startup after installing eclipse-cdt. Have to remove .eclipse folder (or sections thereof) after uninstalling eclipse-cdt to get it to work again.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
eclipse-cdt 5.0.1-1
eclipse 3.4.1-1
* config and/or log files etc.
Attached, based on a completely fresh eclipse installation.

Install eclipse and then eclipse-cdt.

I was having the same issues with any plugin for eclipse installed
I removed all plugins and the ~/.eclipse folder and it started for me.
