Somehow the libglx.so file in /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/ is for an older X version. Did you install the ati drivers without using our package?

Yes.
pacman -Sy xf86-video-ati libgl

I'm talking about catalyst/fglrx drivers that can be downloaded from AMD's site.
The post_install of xorg-server handles the libglx symlinking. In your case, there was already something else present at this location, so xorg-server didn't symlink that file. The solution for your problem is to go to /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions, remove the libglx.so and make a symlink from libglx.xorg to libglx.so.

Oh, i haven't installed drivers from AMD's site, and libglx.so is already symlink to /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.xorg

This makes no sense at all, as the logs indicate you have an outdated libglx.so file which was built for xorg-server 1.4.2. Can you try to reinstall xorg-server?
