If my list is correct the following mirros in the US or Canada provide rsync access:
rsync://mirror.rit.edu/archlinux/ rsync
rsync://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/archlinux
Dale, do you have any suggestions?
Added URL to the pacman mirrorlist. I'll probably push another package out soon.
