Details

After upgrade to devil 1.7.4-1 from devil 1.6.7-5, the package no longer includes ILU and ILUT parts of the library.

I did a bit of poking around and found that when trying to compile 1.6.7 from source, it automatically creates ILU and ILUT dynamic libraries but when trying to compile 1.7.4 from source it requires --with-ILU=yes and --with-ILUT=yes to compile ILU and ILUT dynamic libraries. This could possibly be the reason they were omitted in this update.
