i'm currently building my own packages of gnome 2.25 and many packages drop libgnomeui as a dependency in this release cycle.
when i checked the packages that still need libgnomeui, f-spot was listed there too. i checked the package (0.5.0.3 from extra, not self-built) with namcap and it reported that libgnomeui wasn't needed by f-spot, so you might want to remove it from the dependency list.

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  namcap can't check mono programs. Check /usr/lib/f-spot/f-spot.exe.config to get correct dependencies for f-spot.
