php won't build from abs because it depends on the build dependencies of smtp-server and sqlite3. Neither of these are in the cvs.

exim or postfix will provide smtp-server.

sqlite3 is in testing, it has been renamed from sqlite. We'll move it into Current soon. If you like, just change the 'sqlite3' makedep to 'sqlite' and it should build fine.
