if start the PC while all syslog service was disabled, minilogd will executed and running forever and record many logs increasely, until there is no more free memory space and the system crashed. Additional info: initscripts 2008.09-2 Steps to reproduce: disable any service which provides syslog, and reboot the computer, minilogd will use more and more memory. |
