quanta fails to compile with testing/kdelibs3 3.5.10-2

When configuring aur/quanta 3.5.10-1, it freezes at line:
checking if UIC has KDE plugins available...

No problem when compiling with extra/kdelibs3 3.5.10-1

You don't get the key.
The problem is not quanta.
The problem is if any program checks UIC at configuration point.

Well, which program in our repository is affected by this problem. Afaik kdelibs3 was only rebuild due to the heimdal version bump.
