Description:

Accented keys stopped working in rxvt-unicode, looking at its output it claims:
urxvt: the locale is not supported by Xlib, working without locale support.

Steps to reproduce:
generate hu_HU.utf8 locale
export LANG=hu_HU.utf8
urxvt
