DetailsMany big distros (Ubuntu, OpenSuse, Debian, Mandriva) have already adopted Go-OO (http://go-oo.org/) as their office suit. This spinoff adds a lot of performance and some extra functionality to openoffice.org, they also release under LGPLv3 instead of sun's licensing. Most of the aforementioned distros have OOo totally replaced by Go-OO in their repos, so many users aren't aware that they aren't using the official OOo. I just wanted to let the maintainer of the OOo package consider this :)
