DetailsThe knetworkconf utility is not included with the current version of kdeadmin (4.1.3-1), eliminating the ability to graphically configure network settings. knetworkconf is included in the kdemod repository.

Afaik Arch isn't supported by those toools anyway. (I think this tool wasn't build because it couldn't find a supported distro)
