DetailsIn order to greatly cut down on missed announcements.
Announcements could be placed right in the pacman status screen as it updates packages. Much like how kernel and lilo update notices are now. Give the installer a fighting chance to learn about possible breaking the distro before they say yes in pacman -Syu |

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: I think i'll leave announcements as something to be done in post-install scriptlets. Perhaps we can look at a special "announcement" PKGBUILD field in the future.
