[gforgx@looser ~]$ pacman -Qi at | grep Версия
Версия : 3.1.10-1

gforgx user is allowed to use atd and isn't listed in at.deny file:

[root@looser ~]# cat /etc/at.allow | grep gforgx
gforgx
[root@looser ~]# cat /etc/at.deny | grep gforgx
[root@looser ~]#

atd is running:

[gforgx@looser ~]$ pidof atd
14318

Steps to reproduce:

[gforgx@looser ~]$ at 20:28
warning: commands will be executed using /bin/sh
at> ls -la > DONE
at> <EOT>
job 23 at Sun Nov 30 20:28:00 2008
[gforgx@looser ~]$ atq
23 Sun Nov 30 20:28:00 2008 a gforgx
[gforgx@looser ~]$ date
Вск Ноя 30 20:27:18 ALMT 2008
[gforgx@looser ~]$ date
Вск Ноя 30 20:28:05 ALMT 2008
[gforgx@looser ~]$ ls DONE
ls: невозможно получить доступ к DONE: Нет такого файла или каталога

"ls -la > TODO" is used only for demonstration, other commands won't run too.

No problem here. Installed at, ran /etc/rc.d/at start, used the same example.

Cannot confirm this as well. Can you show us the output of any relevant log entries? (atd logs to syslog). If nothing gets logged, run atd in a terminal with the -d option.
